Who is this course for?
This qualification is suitable for anyone:
- Who works directly with clients offering advice and guidance
- Who wants confirmation that they work to an approved code of practice
- Who is working in an advice and/or guidance organisation and wants to become an advisor
- Who wants to gain a nationally recognised qualification in advice and guidance
Entry requirements
You will need to be in paid or unpaid work, and have the opportunity to work in an advice and guidance role.

- Induction
- Establishing communications with clients for advice and guidance
- Supporting clients to make use of the advice and guidance service
- Reviewing own contribution to the service
- Understanding the importance of legislation and procedures
- Optional units of your choice
